Technicals Visualized publishes impersonal, general-circulation market charts. We are not a registered investment adviser and do not provide individualised investment advice.

No performance claim

We publish no performance record and claim none. No chart should be read as evidence that acting on it would have produced a profit.

Risk of loss

Prices can and do move opposite to every reading on a chart. You can lose money, including your entire position.

What we collect

For the emails: what the privacy notice lists. For a chart-book request: the email address you send from, the tickers you ask for and what you write to us. We do not ask for and do not want your holdings, your net worth, your income or your objectives. We do not sell or share your data. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.
