1. Who we are

2. What is offered

Free daily emails, and a paid chart book: a PDF with one chart per page for the tickers you order. Not investment advice. Not a recommendation. No prediction of future prices. We publish impersonal, general-circulation market charts. We are not a registered investment adviser and do not provide individualised investment advice.

Every chart describes a reading that already printed in the price and volume history as of the stated date. It is a description of the present, not a claim about the future. A chart book is drawn from a standing catalogue of views that exists independently of any order. It is not tailored to your holdings, your finances or your objectives, and choosing which tickers you receive does not make it personal advice.

3. Delivery

A chart book is a PDF, delivered by email to the address on the order within 48 hours of the order being confirmed. A custom request is quoted first; nothing is charged until you accept the quote.

4. Refunds

If we do not deliver, you are refunded in full. If we confirm a ticker and then cannot draw it, you are refunded in full. If the file is for the wrong ticker, is unreadable, or is missing pages this site says it contains, we rebuild it or refund it, your choice. A view the engine cannot draw for a ticker is left out by design (see the method), and that is not a missing page. We do not refund on the grounds that the readings were not the ones you hoped to see.

5. Risk

Technical readings disagree with each other routinely, including within one book. Prices can and do move opposite to every reading at the same time. You can lose money, including your entire position. We publish no performance record and claim none.

6. Licence

A chart book is licensed to the person or organisation that ordered it, for their own use. Quote it, print it and share extracts with attribution. Do not resell it, republish it in full, or present it as your own work.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a chart book is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

9. Changes

If these terms change, the version in force for your order is the one published on the day you ordered. The date at the top of this page is the last change.
